Welcome to Super Fitness

Welcome to the Super Fitness blog, our brand new site for sharing information on phyical fitness. The primary focus will be on strength training exercise for muscle develoment, cardio endurance exercise, weight control and proper nutrition. Ideally all these aspects should be addressed to acieve overall fitness. Often people will concerntrate on just one area and fail to get maximum benefit.

Also a major focus here will be to disperse accurate and truthful information. Unfortunately the fiteness and weight loss world is full of misleading information. Often by someone trying to sell you something. Many people looking to obtain good results from their fitness training end up confused and wasting a lot of time. We hopefully will prevent that, as well as other mistakes.

Soon you will find post on topics such as hight intensity training, proper form for strength training, supplements, weight and fat loss, good nutritional habits, proper sleeping habits, etc. The SuperFitnessForever video channel is being developed to provide much of this information in video form.
